#NBA 2K9 DEMO PC GAME DOWNLOAD PS2#
Wow man hey just to give you a heads up i beleave ebgames is still doing the promo that if you trade in a ps2 with a dual shock controller and 4 games you get $100 dollars towards the purchse of a ps3. anyway i know it well be a great game for PS2 also. But that small irk is like complaining that landing on the moon lost its luster because of the black and white camera. It showed a replay from the other side of the court and the camera shook excessively as soon as the player dunked it. The only thing that I thought was badly done, was the excessive shaking on the Slam Cam replay. Miss a free-throw with Kobe, he looks in disbelief and blows on his hand to dry it. If the CPU has a step on you and an open lane to the basket, they are going strong.įinally the little things tie up the package and puts in a shiny box with a bow on it. They find mismatches and they find the open man. Ray Ray killed me one game because I wasn't gaurding him close enough. And spacing seems to be less of an issue because of this.ĬPU AI is definately better. I hit Kobe on back door and off ball screens more times in this demo than all of 2k8. The canned animation from yester-year seems to be toned down or re-worked. All the shots I have taken and the animation chosen see to coincide with my position and momentum of the player on the court. The huge differences to me is in the gameplay.Īfter a couple of games on the demo the animation transitions are so much better. Also the graphics and player models are much better. From the intro to the game, the real game clips are a simple and effective touch. It's been that way for years and it doesn't take long to see there was no change in that computer logic. who to give the ball to the most and who to run plays for. There is definitely no logic in the game that tells the computer A.I. I was even trying to defend Fisher differently in order for him to give it up quicker but if Fisher passed the ball, Gasol was his #1 option in multiple games. I played multiple games and there are way too many possessions where Kobe doesn't even touch the ball for a second. CPU also, and this was the case there as well.
The games are really varied so far in terms of who scores and the tempo of the game, but the teams still play like themselves with the Lakers primarily going through Kobe and the Celtics passing it around more and working through KG. One game ended 8-8 and it was nothing but Kobe sonning me (as Ray Allen) in the post with fakes and step-throughs.
I left Fisher open a few times and he'd hit the open shots probably 80% of the time, but I haven't had any issues with him taking ill-advised shots or dominating the ball. I was giving Rondo looks by playing him loose all the time and he only took one of them (missed). I haven't seen any of that PG domination.
